Kadia was born in Bern the capital of Switzerland. Growing up she split the time between Switzerland and Israel. While studying in an Engineering school she worked for AMA architects in the city of Kreuzlingen.

Requirements of her education gave Kadia the opportunity to work in the field as a construction assistant, painter, carpenter and many more. At the age of 20 Kadia graduated from Hochbauzeichner School as a structural engineer and moved to Israel.

Israeli job market was very tough but with her knowledge and experience she was able to get recognition and landed a position at a high tech firm Comverse as the head designer and space planner. With her creativity and planning skills she was able to make an immediate impact at Comverse and helped the firm build a state of the art campus size office complex.

Following her father's footsteps Kadia had an inclination to draw and paint various artworks. Soon her combined love for colors and materials inspired her to pursue the field of interior design. It was not long until Kadia decided to branch out and form a company which would create designs without corporate intervention; it was to be called “Kadiale”.
